There are many beaches on the coasta tropical, which is approximately a 25 minute drive from Sol Montana. The main towns are Mortril, Salobrena, Almunecar and Heradurra.
Each of the towns has a different number of beaches, with a mixture of sand and pebble surface. All of the beaches are very clean and have good facilities, ranging from bed chairs and parasols to restaurants, pedalows and other water sport activities. Each of the villages vary in distance from Sol Montana from the closest at Mortril being 25 minutes to the longest being Almunecar being 50 minutes.
Salobrena El Cambron Beach - on the Costa Tropical
El Cambron Beach is a small beach close to the urbanised zone of Torre del Cambron. The access is difficult and can be reached by walking only and it does not have any type of services.
Salobrena El Caleton Beach - on the Costa Tropical
El Caleton Beach has no services at all but it is calmer and more relaxed. It is a place where you can enjoy diving or going fishing with a cane. It can be easily accessed by car or by walking.
